Our family has owned and operated Limeburners Ridge Pastoral since 1968.
Today, we raise Devon cattle on our farm in
the Hunter region and serve beef from the farm at the Metropolitan Hotel Maitland
and Kurri Kurri Hotel.
Why We Raise Devon
Our family originally raised Hereford cattle before moving to Devon in the 1990s, drawn to their gentle nature and the flavour of their beef.
Today, beef from Limeburners Ridge Pastoral features on our daily steak board and in our burger patties at the Metro. Ask our team which steak cuts from the farm are available when you visit.
